Things have been pretty crazy since I’ve gotten back from my trip. I’ve just been playing “catch up” the whole time. I finally had a bit of time over the weekend to do some things for myself.
By the way…I’ve been totally addicted to watching Elvis’ ‘68 Comeback TV Special. It’s so damn good.

This little buddy of mine was running around the area freely and came to me when I called. At that point, I wasn’t sure what to do because I some how had it in my head that it was going to bite me…yet I wanted to hold the damn thing.

I never travel anywhere, so I took it upon myself to make a trip and visit my friend in Montreal. I spent my past weekend there and definitely had a great time. The weather seemed to disagree with most of my stay, but it was still a much needed time off. I was so lucky to have my beautiful friend, Louise, show me around and help translate pretty much everything around me. I thank her so much for being so patient with me. Haha. Everyone in Montreal seemed so nice and the city is beautiful.
Seeing all the classic architectural structures was a blessing. It’s so obvious there. In New York, I feel so overwhelmed. It seems like there are just so many distractions and large buildings blocking and overshadowing others that I never get a chance to see how interesting and beautiful they really can be. I feel like you really have to know what you’re search for in order to appreciate them.
Anyway, I took a ton of pictures, so there are more to come. Let’s start with a few, shall we? Enjoy.
